Hey everyone!

It's been a whirlwind of activity over here—juggling social media, keeping up with the website, and making strides on my book. Every day brings new challenges, but also exciting progress!

On a personal note, Little and I recently faced what can only be described as a particularly nasty illness. Think fevers, ear infections, and the unsettling experience of losing both taste and smell. It’s been a rough couple of weeks, but we’re finally turning a corner. If you’re out and about, take care—staying mindful of health is more important than ever!

Now, onto the book news! The covers are finalized (and they look incredible!), but we’re still ironing out a few details in the typesetting phase. Self-publishing has been a learning experience like no other. There’s so much that goes into bringing a book to life beyond just writing it—from formatting to marketing, every decision is in my hands.

To level up my knowledge, I’ve been attending workshops designed for fantasy and sci-fi writers. While my current book doesn’t fall into those genres, the insights into querying and publishing have been invaluable. It’s a whole world of information, and I’m embracing every bit of it!
