FASP is a talented writer and illustrator with a lifelong passion for creating and writing stories. All her life, FASP has loved getting lost in the magic of new lands and places, which is what she adores most about being a writer.

Before immersing herself in the world of writing and illustration, FASP enjoyed a fulfilling career as a flight attendant, which fueled her passion for storytelling and her love for exploring new destinations.

An avid reader, FASP delights in getting lost in the pages of her current novel. She cherishes quality time with her husband, toddler, and two playful huskies, who keep her life filled with joy and laughter.

A person of faith, FASP firmly believes that Jesus saves, and her values are reflected in both her personal and professional life. She continues to inspire others with her creativity, warmth, and unwavering belief in the power of faith.

She watches him as they approach the pool. He runs at full speed, barely missing her legs as he races by. Her eyes show small signs of the smile that begins to spread across her face. Upon hearing her laugh, he slows...

Beaks, Gardens and Olympic deer A Homestead Update from the Quiet

A Homestead Update from the Quiet Middle

I’ve been quiet lately—not because nothing’s happening, but because everything is happening slowly. The kind of slow that involves sinus fog, chick fluff, and deer with Olympic aspirations.

My manuscript is in the hands of my editor, and while I wait, I’ve been slowly working on the graphics for my children’s book. The publisher is patiently waiting for me to finish them so we can move forward with the next phase. It’s a slow process, but I’m learning to...

Let me just start by saying: I love Jesus. I really do. But today? I nearly threw my computer across the room.

I was trying to cancel an Adobe subscription early—thinking I’d just pay a small fee and move on. Turns out, “early cancellation” means you still pay the full amount.

Surprise!

Cue the internal meltdown. I tried to stay calm. I really did. But somewhere between the chat box and the billing terms, I almost lost my mind on the poor operator. And then… Jesus stepped in.
Not with lightning...
